(children_event) 10/31: "PeeWee Storytime" Start: 10/31/2012 10:00 am PeeWee Storytime is designed for 2-year-old and 3-year-olds and their parents or caregivers. (children_event) 10/31: "Pre-School Storytime" Start: 10/31/2012 10:45 am Pre-school storytime is for 4-year-olds and 5-year-olds. For this storytime adults are not required to stay, but are always welcome. (children_event) 10/31: "Children's Knitting" Start: 10/31/2012 3:30 pm It's craft time in the Children's Library! Kids can pick up a set of needles and a ball of yarn starting on September 5th and learn how to knit! Ms. Vivi Chase will start off teaching some of the basics of knitting to those who have never knitted and will work with the kids to complete projects. The classes are held every Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. in the Children's Library. (teen_event) 10/31: "Zombie Walk" Start: 10/31/2012 5:00 pm Just in time for Halloween our teens are welcome to come out for a zombie walk! Teens are invited to dress up like zombies to walk around the block of the library from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. We are using this event to help the food pantry. Please bring two or more items for the food pantry. Zombies an chow down on snacks and play games.. sorry, no brains.
