Meet the author, Richard Hartness, who wrote Wittsburg, Wynne and Points Nearby. Richard is a native of Wynne, Arkansas. He graduated from Wynne High School and Arkansas State University. Over the years, he has maintaned an interest in family genealogy, local history and museum management. He has been active in the Cross County Historical Society serving as president in 2009.
