The library will host a new class in the fall! Join us for Tai Chi every Saturday morning at 10 a.m. Tai Chi is known as a Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and health benefits.
The class runs just under an hour. Instructor Randal Seyler said that he will teach the Yang 24 form of Tai Chi which is the universal form that is generally practiced. Seyler said he has been teaching Tai Chi for about 14 years.
This class is for adults of all ages. Beginners and experts are welcome to attend!
