Please fill out this form if there is a particular title you would like to see available. Though we do have budget restrictions, we will do everything we can to provide the materials our patrons desire.  Thank you for your patronage of the library.

To Reconsider Material:

All library patrons have the right to request that the library reconsider works in the collection.  If you wish to challenge an item, please fill out this form completely and return it to the library.
