History

The 3919 sq. foot library in Harrisburg was built in 1966, opened in 1967, and remodeled in 1998. It is a small town library with proud patrons. The staff is very dedicated to helping patrons with up to date information, materials, and technology assistance. They have public computers, children’s programs, exercise class, book clubs, and other activities held throughout the year. The library is a resource that can and does impact many lives in this small town community. If you need information, a good book, or just a place to sit and enjoy your time our library, it is available to you there.
