The Adult Services staff located in the business center of the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library is available to assist patrons with the use of apps and databases that the library offers. The staff can help you to log in to use the public computers and/or Wi-Fi and assist with printing and internet navigation. 

 

For patron confidentiality, library staff are not allowed to aid in any commercial transactions or enter private information such as social security numbers, credit card information, passwords or other sensitive data for anyone online. If you require assistance for this, you are required to bring someone to assist you. We are not able to create accounts on non-library websites (i.e. Amazon, Facebook, Medicaid, etc.) or login to accounts on your behalf.

 

If you would like to learn how to use a computer, the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library location offers drop-in ‘Tech Help Tuesdays’ from 4:00-5:00 PM.

Users must comply with the Library’s Internet Access Policy.

Adults with children under 13 should use the computers in the Children's Library.

Teens ages 13-17 can use the computers in the Teen Library.

Printing is 10¢ per page for black and white and 50¢ for color.
